Membership Requirements
Membership in CCCC is open to any citizen who shares our concern for improving the lives of minority students and their parents in the Greater Boynton Beach Area.
We have monthly meetings at St. Johns Missionary Baptist Church in Boynton Beach (3rd Sunday evenings at 7:00pm) and sub committes can meet at any time.
Monthly dues are $ 5.00 and dues go to support the basic services of preparing minutes, benevolence, and other basic needs.

Article 4 - Meeting of Members
- The organization will facilitate at least one (1) meeting per month to conduct organizational business. Sub committees can meet any number of times during the month to conduct business.
- Special meetings of the members may be called by the President or by request of two thirds of the general body at any time effective February 10, 1999. No business other than that specified shall be transacted during a special meeting. Except in cases of emergency, at least three days notice shall be given.
- An annual meeting that will include current member of the organization and the board of directors will be held during the last quarter of the fiscal year.
- The order of business at the annual meeting of members and Board of directors shall be as follows:
- Report of the President to include an overview of the goals for the previous and upcoming fiscal year.
- Report of the Treasurer.
- Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- New Business
- Prayer
- Each active member will have one vote. Voting is required for passage.
- Quorum: Two-thirds (2/3) active members shall constitute a quorum.
- All meetings shall commence and conclude with prayer.
