Membership Requirements
Membership in CCCC is open to any citizen who shares our concern for improving the lives of minority students and their parents in the Greater Boynton Beach Area.

We have monthly meetings at St. Johns Missionary Baptist Church in Boynton Beach (3rd Sunday evenings at 7:00pm) and sub committes can meet at any time.

Monthly dues are $ 5.00 and dues go to support the basic services of preparing minutes, benevolence, and other basic needs.

Article 5 - Officers
  1. The President and the Vice President shall be permanent members selected annually at the first meeting of the general body during the new fiscal year.
  2. Term of office: The term of office for each officer will be one fiscal year. Officers may be reelected.
  3. President: The President is the official representative of the organization. The President will be responsible for conducting the meetings in accordance with accepted rules or parliamentary procedure (Roberts Rules of Order), and other duties as agreed to by the general body. The President shall also be responsible for establishing an agenda for all general meetings. The President, or his designee, shall be the official liaison to the Board of Directors.
  4. Vice-President: The Vice-President shall preside in the absence of the President, and shall carry out other duties as agreed to by the general body.
  5. Secretary: The secretary will be responsible for recording and distributing the minutes, communicating notices of meetings, and recording attendance at each meeting.
  6. Treasurer: The Treasurer shall collect, receive, deposit, and disburse the funds of Committed Citizens Concerned about our Children, Inc. He shall also provide an updated financial report at all general meetings.
  7. Board of Directors: The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors shall be:
    1. To manage the property and affairs of Committed Citizens Concerned about our Children, Inc.
    2. To assist in adopting a budget for Committed Citizens Concerned about our Children, Inc.
    3. To assist in the periodic evaluation of Committed Citizens Concerned about our Children, Inc.
  8. The Board of Directors shall meet at least two (2) times per fiscal year at a time and place to be designated by the board. The Board of Directors must give reasonable notice of such meetings to the CCCC liaison.
